劉承立參加省出資企業精神文明創建工作座談會
8月19日,省(sheng)國(guo)資(zi)(zi)委在(zai)咸寧(ning)通山(shan)組織召開省(sheng)出資(zi)(zi)企業精神文(wen)明創(chuang)建工作(zuo)座談會(hui)(hui),省(sheng)國(guo)資(zi)(zi)委副主(zhu)任孫振(zhen)聲(sheng)出席會(hui)(hui)議并(bing)作(zuo)重要講話,湖(hu)北能源(yuan)、大冶(ye)有色、湖(hu)北三環等八家單位(wei)分(fen)管文(wen)明創(chuang)建工作(zuo)的黨(dang)委副書記參加了(le)(le)會(hui)(hui)議。會(hui)(hui)議以“迎國(guo)慶、講文(wen)明、樹(shu)新風”為(wei)主(zhu)題(ti),就進(jin)一步加強(qiang)省(sheng)出資(zi)(zi)企業精神文(wen)明創(chuang)建工作(zuo)進(jin)行了(le)(le)交流和討論,集團公司黨(dang)委副書記、紀委書記劉承(cheng)立在(zai)會(hui)(hui)上作(zuo)了(le)(le)重點(dian)發言(yan)。
孫振聲充分(fen)肯定(ding)了各單(dan)位近年(nian)來(lai)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)所取得的(de)(de)(de)成績,同時指出(chu)(chu)(chu),我省出(chu)(chu)(chu)資企業依(yi)然存在對文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重(zhong)視不(bu)夠的(de)(de)(de)問題,我們的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)水平、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)成果與中央企業相比,依(yi)然還有較大(da)(da)差距。他要(yao)求,各出(chu)(chu)(chu)資企業要(yao)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提高(gao)認(ren)識、明(ming)(ming)確內(nei)容(rong)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)方法、突出(chu)(chu)(chu)主體(ti)、落實措施,切實抓(zhua)好文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),促進(jin)(jin)物(wu)質文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)和(he)精神(shen)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)協(xie)調發(fa)展。要(yao)充分(fen)認(ren)識到文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)增強(qiang)(qiang)企業軟(ruan)實力的(de)(de)(de)抓(zhua)總工(gong)程、是(shi)企業管理的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)內(nei)容(rong)、是(shi)企業黨建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)抓(zhua)手、是(shi)企業文(wen)(wen)化建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)指南、是(shi)工(gong)會工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)平臺(tai),破除“唯虛”和(he)“畏難(nan)”思想;要(yao)按照考核細則的(de)(de)(de)各項內(nei)容(rong)和(he)標準,抓(zhua)實抓(zhua)好各項創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);要(yao)突出(chu)(chu)(chu)廣大(da)(da)員工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)主體(ti)地位,體(ti)現文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)群(qun)眾性(xing)和(he)廣泛(fan)性(xing);要(yao)將(jiang)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)滲(shen)透到企業工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)各個(ge)(ge)環節,促進(jin)(jin)兩個(ge)(ge)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)共(gong)同發(fa)展;要(yao)健全一(yi)個(ge)(ge)堅(jian)強(qiang)(qiang)有力的(de)(de)(de)領(ling)導(dao)班子(zi)、建(jian)立(li)一(yi)支內(nei)行精干的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍、制定(ding)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)規(gui)劃、完善一(yi)個(ge)(ge)協(xie)調機制、提供(gong)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)經(jing)費保(bao)障,確保(bao)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)正(zheng)常開展。
會后,孫振(zhen)聲副(fu)主任和(he)各單(dan)位領(ling)導一起赴九宮山風電(dian)公司(si)(si)、湖(hu)北(bei)咸寧大畈核電(dian)公司(si)(si)現場考察集團(tuan)公司(si)(si)電(dian)力生產建設情況。
